Thrilled Customer!😊

I placed an order with Rentoza towards the end of the month and I had a few glitches so I tried going to one of their branches not knowing it's not opened yet. I then tried to contact their Clearwater branch and the gentleman that helped me refered me to Aphiwe Fatyela who I expressed the sense of urgency on this order. He then explained the process to me and the turnaround time. I was initially really frustrated and he reassured me that I will get my delivery on time. I followed up with him the next day and got through to someone else who passed on the message to call me back and he did shortly afterwards. Aphiwe ensured that he followed this delivery up and kept me in the loop every step of the way. He was really patient with me, seemed to know his product, friendly and really efficient. He still followed up and checked if I am happy with the product, I told him what issues I had and he proactively logged a ticked for me and he is still keeping me posted on that. He is an asset to Rentoza as we know we seldom receive such a service, he is one of the people that would say I treat my customer as the only customer I have. I wish he could keep this can do attitude! Keep flying the Rentoza flag high and I hope he is acknowledged for his leadership skills and for being proactive.I am really glad that he handled my order and saved my job. Great work!!!
