THIS IS RIDICULOUS !!!!!!!!!!!

Good day, I'm disappointed with your services and company. Your service is very poor, and you don't care about the customer because why you not responding to my emails but before I subscribed you were responding so fast? Never thought I would wait so long for my order and your company took my money without thinking twice. I'm waiting 8 days after my verification, and I did sent emails but got no response till today. What the hell is going on?
