THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE REPORTED , STAY AWAY!!!

I've purchased an item on the 15th of Dec 2021 and even now I haven't heard back from anyone. I can't get hold of anyone NB: I'M A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER! I don't know how these people do business. They were very quick to take my money and now i'm starting to regret ignoring these people's negative reviews about this company. 90% of the reviews about this company are NEGATIVE! I will update here if i ever get an item that I've purchased!! EDIT TO MY COMMENT : It's on the 8th of Jan 2022 and I was finally able to sign an agreement that I was suppose to sign on the 15th of Dec 2021. Customer Service is really terrible. Getting assistance from Rentoza was like pulling teeth. Lets see if my item will get delivered and I will update my review here. NB: I'M A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER! UPDATE: They've sent me an email on the 12th of JAN informing that they were unable to successfully verify my documents and they will issue the refund within 5 working days. ON THE 14TH OF DEC THEY ATTEMPTED TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT FOR THE ITEM I'VE NEVER RECIEVED. THIS COMPANY SEEMS LIKE IT'S RUN BY AMATEURS. IF YOU DON'T WANT A HEADACHE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEIR SERVICE IS REALLY TERRIBLE. I HOPE TO GET MY REFUND AND WILL NEVER TRY TO USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN! I WISH I DID NOT IGNORED PEOPLE'S REVIEWS ABOUT THIS COMPANY.PLEASE REPORT THIS COMPANY. THEY ATTEMPTED TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT MULTIPLE TIMES,LEAVING ME WITH BANK CHARGES WITHOUT A REASON !!!
