**** they just take your money and deliver excuses. DO NOT DO IT

I do not know why this company is still open. To me this is just a permitted/legalized ****. I ordered a phone which was not marked as "out of stock" on their website. The ETA was 45 working days which I was okay with. I was expecting to receive waybill on the 14th of August but I received an apology for the delay email as the phone was out of stock and their supplier was delaying. What I don't understand is why are they selling products they don't have at hand. It was only this month when I got tired of the same automated emails apologizing for the delay and I asked for a refund which they marked my order as "Declined" and to wait for 7-14 working days for a refund and I'm still waiting. Will it take another 4 months to process my refund or you won't send it at all? This is one huge **** of a company and something must be done about it. **** **** **** **** ****!!!!!
