They don’t deliver

I placed an order for laptop HP on the 10th of February 2025, estimated delivery date was the 5th March.

On the 10th of March i got irritated because i couldn’t get the laptop hence i needed it for school purposes.

Emailed them the whole week from the 5th March to asked for an update regarding my order, no one rep****.

Then on the 6th one of their agents just said their having issue with stock they will let me know of the new estimated date.

On the 10th of March with all my frustrations i need request for refund that I haven’t got any communication from Rentoza regarding my refund.

When i email them to asked what is happening their telling me the is an issue with their refund system.

At this point i feel like they just **** people how long should it take to just refund anyone from the 10th to the 21st of March no communication. No refund nothing.

Am quite disappointed i wish i read the reviews before ordering with them.

To save yourself stress and long wait just don’t order from them
