They are taking ages to refund my money but they were really quick to take it from me

I app**** for an iPhone they took my money same time afterwards they told me that I was diclined they will refund my money back, I still haven't receive my refund it been 3 weeks now waiting for my refund, they don't even communicate. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, I'm not happy with their service
