Rentoza as a company are ****s! The process to apply for renting an appliance, device, etc is that you make payment of the instalment amount before they do the checks necessary for approval or declined. My husband followed the procedure and was unfortunately declined and in the email it was stated that his refund would take 3-5 business days to reflect and this was on the 2nd of February and today is the 13th of February and still nothing. I have reached out to them on WhatsApp because they have no contact number and I am now being told that it will reflect in 14 business days. This is absolutely ridiculous, Rentoza are ****s and we want our money!
