No communication you need to constantly do follow ups, no proper response to emails just a generic "we looking into it" 20 days later i'm still waiting for my refund, that is after waiting a whole month for an order that was out of stock and I wasn't made aware of this - not to mention I had to send countless emails requesting for feedback to be told this!
