The suckiest customer service ever

I have Two products so far with Rentoza. I have no issues with their delivery or the products themselves I do however have a large problem with their communication. You can only communicate via email and their staff are quite rude and they often only get back to you 48hrs later. For example this month our bank account was hacked. We managed to catch it on time. We had to change our banking details due to this fact. Unfortunately this happened on Saturday the 23rd in the afternoon. We managed to contact the bank on Saturday to close our account however we could only go into the bank on Monday to open our new account and transfer all our debit orders to the new account. However Rentoza does not take debit orders they use paystack to retrieve payments. On Monday I notified of the situation and requested information on how to make the payments with the new change of banking details they only rep**** back yesterday afternoon. Yesterday I made the payments. They still locked my husband's phone and today threatened to retrieve the phone. The payment was one day late. Also I have made it clear that my phone would come off on the 30th yet they continue to take my money off on the 25th. Last month they debited my account twice and they made me wait 7 days for my money to be refunded. So let me get this straight you cannot wait one day for a payment and start to threaten your customers that you will collect the product after one day but you take 7 days to return someone's money when you take too much money from them. The worst for me though is that you do not get immediate service from anyone as you can not verbally contact anyone. But if your payment is late they are very quick to contact you and threaten you. The only reason I use this company is because I am not stuck in a contract if I do decide to change my phone of decide not to have the product anymore. All I can say is your customer service sucks and I might just change my mind about supporting you. I think Rentoza needs to make changes.
