The after service needs improvement

Ordering the item was very easy. I was just disappointed by the service I received afterwards. It took longer than promised for me to receive my item, there was no communication unless initiated by me and even when I did, it took long for someone to respond. After waiting a long while for my item, I was told that it was in backorder which I felt should have been communicat3d to me the moment I tried to place the order. All in all, the process was frustrating and I nearly canceled my order BUT I've received it and am happy with it... hence the 3 stars.
