I had a terrible experience when placing an order for Christmas with Rentoza with consultants not being very helpful - but then Mlungisi stepped in on the Sunday before Christmas, took my venting and went above and beyond to assist me and I received my order a day ago, in time for Christmas and to make my kids smile.
