****T!EST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

I am at my wits end.... I placed my order last Friday, 22 July 2022 already - and of course, had to pay. I sent through all the required docs, and finally received an email yesterday - saying that the verification process was approved. Only to receive another mail from them 5 minutes later - saying to ignore the verification mail. There is STILL a document that they need. Now in my mind, business hours are from +/- 8am... I had to mail them -round about 11 - having to ask whether or not they have received my doc. Now, I have to wait AGAIN, because nobody responds to either their mail nor Whatsapp... Can their customer service possibly this bad? Seriously starting to regret using them... And cancelling now, doesn't seem like an option either-seeing that everyone on here is struggling to get their money out of Rentoza...
