TERRIBLE SERVICE

"Good day Simphiwe, Thank you for reaching out, and I trust you are doing well. I'd like to take this opportunity to clarify the buy-out process for you. The buy-out option allows you to purchase the item at the end of your subscription, and the buy-out price is R3,730.00 for the product in question. Please note that as per our terms and conditions, it is the customer's responsibility to inform us about what you would like to do at the end of the subscription. If we do not hear from you, we will continue debiting your account, assuming that you are happy to continue with the subscription. The monthly subscription payments you’ve made over the past 6 months cover the rental of the product, and the buy-out fee is separate. Unfortunately, the amounts paid through your monthly subscription cannot be refunded or deducted from the buy-out price. If you would like to proceed with purchasing the product, we would need to initiate the buy-out process. We can draft an agreement for you to sign and provide payment options for the buy-out amount. I hope this clears up the process, and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any further questions or would like to move forward.

Warm regards, Kgotlello"

My response:

Hi Kgotlello,

This is a **** honestly, so you are telling me you profit R1,370.00?? on your contract there is no where it states that it is my responsibility! I need you to show me on the contract where it says it is my responsibility.

No this is unacceptable, honestly!!!!

Kindly process my buyout and let me have the payment options!!! this is going to HelloPeter cause Rentoza is clearly ****ming consumers!! you are able to notify me about payment but not able to notify me when my subscription is coming to an end.

this is a ****!!!!!!

In a nutshell RENTOZA IS ****!!!!!!

I really need to see "Please note that as per our terms and conditions, it is the customer's responsibility to inform us about what you would like to do at the end of the subscription. If we do not hear from you, we will continue debiting your account, assuming that you are happy to continue with the subscription." the terms and conditions I am being told about!
