TERRIBLE SERVICE , DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

I have had countless issues with these people, their customer service is terrible, when you try and call them their number is "unavailable" but then they call you and threaten for collections , they took a payment off my account twice and I never noticed and nor did they say anything until I eventually noticed and fought back , my term for a device I got from them has now ended but they still owe me the money they took off for no reason , they are quick to call you and threaten you when you owe them money but they ignore you when they owe you money , their service reps are extremely rude and don't care about their customers , ive never in all my time with them had a good experience or anything good to say. When I chose the buyout option they kept nagging me for money and threatening to come to my house and take my device away.

Long story short, they took off extra money, still tried nagging me for more money , I refused to pay them , they threatened me , their customer service is terrible and the people are very rude , if I never contacted them about the double payment they would've not said anything and kept nagging me for money , they take off money off your account when it suits them, and ive been waiting almost a month for a refund, instead of taking the double payment and applying it to my last buyout installment they would rather keep it for themselves and nag you for more money, their phone numbers only work when it suits them
