Terrible Service

I placed a order and got quick response when it came to getting my money. I was told that ETA would be 16th November 2023 and till this date I have no received my package. I have emailed and sent messages on WhatsApp's and no replies. Yesterday I was called by someone stating that they were delivering my order I was not at work when they attempted to deliver, mind you that I have not received a waybill umber to track the order or got a email notification stating that they will be delivering. I called the guy back yesterday and managed to hear that he would come today at 14:30pm to deliver and I should have my ID ready, no show today and no communication whatsoever from anyone at Rentoza.

This is truly unacceptable behavior and to treat clients like this is mind blowing. If you cant assist me then rather cancel and refund me but to keep wasting my time like this is really not necessary. I'm truly tired of following up on something that I should be kept posted on as the delay lays with your company and not my money
