Terrible service

I placed an order on the 4th of Feb, and i was not told or informed that the was no stock. its the 24th of April and still have not received my order. Today I'm told they will get stock around 8- 12 weeks. Like what is this

Why are they running a business with no stock at hand. Rentoza sucks big time
