Terrible Service and Non-Delivery

I paid for a Business Subscription on the 26th of July, I have not received the item. They are still trying to debit my account while they haven't even delivered. I whatsapped the number they provided on their website after no answer to emails and calls and the gentleman said this is his personal number and doesn't understand why I am fussing, he used the word fussing and dropped the line when I asked how did I get hold of his personal number.
