Terrible service

I took out a microwave from them last uear, it stopped working beginning of April, I sent all proof that microwave was faulty, they collected it on 5th April with a promise that another microwave would be delivered soon. Until today I have not received any microwave nor updates, I call, text, email daily and no action has been taken. Such disgusting service.
