Terrible service

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. More especially at this time of the year with your bonuses. I ordered a phone with this company and after they took the money it took them 7 days to tell me that My application is declined, and they will refund my money within 6-12 working days. I waited for 2 weeks till this day I have not received my money it has passed 12 days even 14 days. When I reach out to them, they said they will process it manually, but I am still waiting which means they did not process any funds they were lying to me.
