Terrible Experience with Rentoza

Communication is terrible. I would not recommend subscription with them. I payed my subscription of R340 3 days late. They locked the phone immediately. They threatened to report my name to the credit bureaus and open ******** charges against me. I received various calls, whatsapp texts and emails threatening me because I paid then late. These threats did not stop even after I had paid for the subscription, they continued. It is possible that they went ahead and pressed those charges, but I have not received anything on my side to confirm that. I sent several emails and texts and even called them but that did not help. All because I paid my subscription a few days late. I have been with them for almost a year yet this is the treatment I received from them.
