Terrible experience - These people are quick to deduct the money before application is approved

Terrible experience - These people are quick to deduct the money before application is approved. My application was declined and they promised to refund my money in 6-12 days. That timeframe has passed and no communications. Worse this **** company doesn't even have a landline to call, its either an email or WhatsApp. My application was declined on 18 November 2024.
