Terrible experience

I have paid for my fridge and even paid for the buy out but Rentoza still haven't given me the certificate of ownership and what stresses me more is that they keep sending me *** about payments and collection and also every month they try to deduct in my account and I am so sick and tired of it because I can't even reach them.
