Terrible customer support

I'm so disappointed in rentoza. I had no issues when i ordered my phone from them,verification,delivery & activation went through smoothly. I ordered another device which i received yesterday after a month of waiting(was intially 14 days) Fine i received it, i'm happy only for me to be sitting today with a laptop i can't use because i am waiting for them to send me activation pin from 2pm yesterday. I have sent countless emails and no response,you can't call them because activation can only be done via email.

I won't be recommending them to anyone again.
