Terrible customer service

Some of the worst customer service I have experienced. Did the required paper work and got approved on the 3rd of January 2024. They have deducted the agreed amount the same day. ETA for shipping date as per email received was within 14 days. Someone on their side updated my order and added items I did not request and this has put the delivery out to the 23rd. No correspondence from their side as to notify of the delay. I had to follow up. Until now now new deliver day.
