Terrible customer service

I have been a customer for over a year. My debits go off every month without fail. Unfortunately I have now bought a new item, and I am trying to find out when it will be delivered ( as online it said the 8th) NO ONE at this company actually gets back to you. If they cannot deliver as promised I would like my money back. there is actually NO WAY to get hold of them as they do not answer their whatsapp, their facebook messages you wait days for with just another excuse as well as their emails??? Can someone actually get this order sorted???
