Terrible company overall.

Very inefficient, terrible, ********** service. I placed an order that I was told will dispatch in over a month's time. I waited patiently but when time cane for dispatch I receive a call telling me my microwave is dented. I denied it and they said they'll check stock availability and get back to me but went radio silent. I chased and they said they don't know when my order will ship. At this point I ask for a refund and seem to not even know the timeframe of how long it will take. One is say 14 days, the other is saying 12 days another came and said 6 days. First experience with them and I am never going back. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
