Takes orders without having stock, you'll wait an extra 4 days!

Very disappointed!! Placed an order 2.11.23 to finally get verified days later, signed the subscription agreement. Waited another 5 days for delivery only for them to tell me after numerous emails that my order is delayed by 14 days because they don't have stock. So ill only get my order early December. How do u even accept payment and do all verification check and send out a subscription agreement if you don't have stock?? Is there not a system in place that shows you how much stock you have? Really pathetic. And even to get a refund will take 7-14 days. If you want to purchase anything from them, have tons of patience because jeeeez!!!
