Take subscription at own risk - they will stress you out

At this point I'm fed up with their lack of service and slow responses I've been asking since March when my subscription ended that they provide me with the details to pay for and conclude this matter and I've received no response.

I had no choice but to change my card to get their attention and they still don't want to engage with me. Why should I pay the FULL buyout when their customer service agents sleep on the job?
