System a mess

App**** for a TV, the system was not working, could not verify... They could not be bothered to even give a timeline of the error being fixed. So have to pay the initial amount but cannot finish the process! The customer service was friendly, but unhelpful. They should really find an alternative to verify when their system is always not working!
