Subscription don't end

Horrible experience, I did subscription with Rentoza I took a phone signed the agreement and agreed was for 12 months which I started july 2024 suppose to end June 2025 with buy out fee of 1670 I honored the subscription I paid until June and continue paying for buy out fee, which was 450sl since July til now it's December I paid them R450 but they keep on taking the money, the buy out fee I paid already except what's in their contract. Worse part of it all they have no number to call them only emails which they don't e en bother to respond. I really feel like I'm being taken advantage of cause once you don't pay thar 450 they switch off that off it don't even wait for an hour. It's really frustrating. I paid 17 x450 already it's way above the agreement. Where do report thus kind of ******😡😡
