STUPID VERIFICATION PROCESS
0 stars if I could. I place an order on the 28th of June. I've been struggling for days with the verification process. I've sent multiple emails and now I want a refund but no you cant even mention the word "refund" coz then they simply just Ignore you. They don't reply to my emails. They don't respond to my whatsapp messages. They just Ghost you! They ever eagerly take your money and then let you go thru this "verification process" which is not customer friendly at all. after reading the reviews I see that I am not the only 1 struggling with this process. PLEASE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!
