Stupid people

I had a bad experience with this company and I am unhappy with the **** image that they are selling.

They debited my account on a wrong date and instead of acknowledgement of their fault they are busy sending me nonsense. I never asked for my account to be debited on the 13th, I signed a contract that clearly stated 15th of every month.
