still no response after agreeing to alternative laptop

I wish 0 stars was on option ,I am extremely disappointed with Rentoza’s continued lack of communication. After waiting nearly two months for my laptop, I was informed that there was no stock and was offered an alternative device. I agreed to this via email, expecting a swift resolution. However, it has now been three days, and I have received no further response or update.

This delay is completely unacceptable. I have been more than patient throughout this process, yet I am still left waiting with no clarity on when I will actually receive my laptop. The lack of proper communication and follow-through is frustrating and unprofessional.

I need an immediate update on when my laptop will be delivered.
