STILL NO REFUND 2 MONTHS LATER!!!

I've left a review on the 23rd March about a refund due to me, guess what?? STILL NO REFUND!! It has been 37 working days today since i was told i will receive my refund!! Robot responses, matter has been escalated, then there's a problem with their refund system. Time to send a letter of demand!! This is ridiculous!! TOP ****MERS!!
