Still no refund!

Service is pathetic! They take 2 days to respond to a whatsapp message! No lines to call! They owe me a refund and it’s day 13. Day 13 and still no refund! They cant show you proof that they actually refunded you. They advise me to speak to my bank but i sent them a bank statement to show no funds came in from Rentoza. Imagine more then 2 weeks to receive a refund! Do you work with outdated systems or are you guys build to take from others!
