*****sters!!!

Highly upset at this company they are *****sters and they think they can hide away with agreements, they took 2 payments off my account which I've never shared banking details with they automatically told me that the card I use to pay they will charge it and there's nothing I can do

I have reached the end of my subscription yet they still taking money from me when I asked for a refund nobody responds but when it's time to take the money they quick to respond I am very upset they don't take their customers serious at all, it's all about the money for them and the fact that they have no direct line is ***** because they ***** people's money and you can't get hold of them!!

They took 2 payments and all I hear is the matter has been escalated I want my money back ASAP I'm never doing business with this company ever again they are the worst and their customer service is non existent
