Stay away and never pay the upfront payment

I have payd my deposit now i am struggling 3 months to get my money back they dont answer the whatsapp number or the emails theres now other way to get a hold of this company i want my money back they are quick to say pay pay but when they declined you you never ever hear of them again and never see your money again
