SOMEBODY ...ANYBODY..PLEASE HELP !!!!!

Placed an order for a washing machine o the 29th of July . Order was verified on the 4th of August ..and i have still not received my order..though i still get emails to notify me , saying that my order is on a waiting list Tto be delivered next week .... can somebody kindly advise me on the rentoza delivery process ????

do they really take this long to deliver?? Have i been ****med ??
