So many issues, not enough support

The verification process is broken and overcomplicated. Whenever I tried to verify my bank account the website crashed. Getting verified manually is needlessly complicated. And when the productS were delivered there was only one in the box. The support team has thus far been marginally helpful, the issue has been escalated and hopefully the other product will be delivered soon.
