So disappointed

I made an online purchase on 27-03-2025, but unfortunately, it was declined. I’ve sent emails and WhatsApp messages, but I’m still waiting for my refund of R1620. They rep****, asking me to wait another week for the refund. This is the poorest service I’ve ever experienced.
