SLOW SERVICE BUT QUICK TO TAKE PAYMENT

I started the process early on Monday Morning - submitted the necessary documents on Monday already AND I HAVE MADE PAYMENT Havent had any proper communication from them, No feedback They are extremely slow Why does a person have to beg for answers It is not fair that they can take a persons money but dont assist that fast either
