Slow and ***********

Been waiting for approval, it takes forever. Attached all the required documents and they don't seem to read emails because they are still asking for them. Getting differents answers from different people and very concerned that this is a ****. Reading other posts that people are also not getting their first payment back pre-approval. Hoping I am wrong but so far this seems like a very bad idea.
