Absolutely ridiculous, receive weekly emails on delay with ETA. Suppose it will only be delivered by Christmas if I am lucky, already missed my son's birthday in May and its now September and soon Christmas.

And all I get is the same generic response every week which means nothing. NO OTHER CONTACT DETAILS TO LODGE A COMPLAINT OR TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER.

WORST SERVICE EVER! 2 emails ago I was promised an ETA. NOW NOTHING.

AND SURRELY if you do not get stock from a supplier, you should start looking for new suppliers.
