Shocking service.

Shocking service. Been trying to get a hold of someone who works at Rentoza for a month. They have debited my account even though I have returned the item I rented a month ago. No communication what so ever. I have created multiple tickets on their website, have enquired on their WhatsApp number and phone the numbers listed on google, not one answer to date. ********* and unprofessional.
