Shocking company

The only reason I have given 1 star is because if you don’t then you can’t type anything in this box.

Rentoza is one of the worst companies I have had the misfortune of dealing with!

It all sounds great and they super helpful in the beginning but god forbid something goes wrong. Totally unhelpful and it’s all made to be your problem. 2 months for there insurance to payout where the client must fill out there insurance documents. Or the client must deal with there suppliers in order to get the NEW laptop fixed.

I don’t think about not paying for items you don’t have in your position anymore or are not working coz you, your mother and whole family is going to get harassed constantly!!

2 months ago iPhone and EarPods where ****** after been treated like I stole them from myself still have not received new items but the months payments are taken.

New MSI laptop not had it even a month over heats and turns off fir 4 hours before it will let you restart it. And when reported I get sent there invoice from there supplier that I must now get hold of and try sort out.

Who does that????

Rentoza does false advertising and don’t do anything that they say.
