Delivery was quick - I've ordered many items before, I've also upgraded and downgraded and even returned items before and service was good - the order process was what I expected it to be but the problem that I have is with accounts - they gave me a ref number for when I want to do an EFT payment and still they keep on sending me repo letters- The only thing that is constant is that I will be phoned to make payment after payment was made - they even blocked my laptop - but I must say the it was on a Sunday and they unblocked it within 30 minutes - so the only issue I have is with payments - its like their systems aren't even linked to the next employee working there - and like the different departments all work on different systems as the one does not know what is going on with the other department - So we've got a love hate relationship
