**** service, ***** your money and don't want to pay back

I have placed an order on 26 Feb and immediately cancelled as I changed my mind. Received a response my refund will be processed in 6-12 days then it was 7-14 days. And now it's almost a month and everytime they respond with an automated response that's there is no ETA on my refund
