Second hand phone delivered!!! Horrible customer service!!

I bought an iphone and it was delivered on the 20th of December. Upon receiving the device I immediately noted that it didn't load software like a new iphone. Next thing the phone wanted a phone code.

I been to two iphone outlets and they stated that the device looked like it was being reset but it was not successful with the reset. Clearly it's a second hand device. It's now two days and the phone is still locked.

This has been a nightmare of experience!!! I want a new phone or a refund.

The customer service is soooo horrible!! Rentoza doesn't give a ****!!
