****s going back on their word terrible never again

I wish I wish I could give them a zero star ! I am so extremely disappointed and I will never ever ever use them again . After I had recommended these people. Listen to this **** - so I app**** for an order before beginning of July 2024 for an Xbox series s - I was told follow the previous verification process (bare in mind I had a order with them already - which I pay consistently never missed a payment) anyways I did the verification for next cheaper order as I know you can have multiple orders with them. Anyways after a week or so I get told it’s approved verified! - I then get another email saying confirmation of my order will be shipped 26th July 2024 - imagine I think this is quite a wait but nether the less approved and I will wait these 2 - 3 weeks for my shipment confirmation / I then get another email about 18th July which they say we confirming your order is set for 26th to be shipped imagine the excited and the patience knowing it’s approved and on its way soon. 20th July I get a email saying sorry we have declined your order . After all this . I then email them why and how etc . And explaining my situation - after 5 email follow ups no reply ! At all can you believe this !!! I am done . I will never recommend them I will never ever do business with them ever again.
