Rude Response

Rentoza is a great platform and has timely responses, Unfortunately some rotten potatoes spoil the whole bag. I enquired in regards to my shipping and therefore was responded to by Nomzi Sibanyoni. Whom upon enquiring for confirmation to my shipping address due to the fact that I had changed my address. Received the most disrespectful yet rude response ever. As if I would ask well aware. I hope the Quality Assurance Team attend to this.
